SMALL PARTS
From small, 200mm parts…
We have an array of machines to tackle all types of production.
Our regular investments have enabled us to acquire machines to suit your every need.
That’s why, in our 4500 m² Saint-Etienne premises, there are currently 50 machines and 60 skilled workers producing complex parts from any grade of steel in small and medium production runs.
LARGE PARTS
…to large, 2200mm parts
High speed, 5-axis, horizontal and vertical machining centres with pallet changers, providing maximum throughput at an optimum precision level.
Vertical and horizontal lathes and CNC milling machines complete our machining facilities.
Adding the final touch to our offering is a washing unit for cleaning and finishing the parts.
ASSEMBLY ADAPTED TO EACH PART
Throughout the machining process, the parts are tracked by barcode then saved to a CPAM system to always know the real-time progress of our production.
INSPECTION AND QUALITY
Our goal is to supply industrial companies with machined parts that meet all their expectations. We have an inspection department that monitors the manufacture of parts throughout the machining schedule.
